The BLE-1530 machine is a compact yet fast and powerful machine with cutting capacity of 1500 x 3000mm. High speed servo motors coupled to helical rack & pinion drives give the machine it’s high speed acceleration of 1.2G with a top speed of 110m/min rapid traverse whilst maintaining accuracies measured in microns.

The machine is constructed with quality components sourced from around the world such as IPG laser, Precitec autofocus cutting heads and Beckhoff CNC systems. The motorised sheet exchange table is standard and the BLE-1530 can be equipped with a selection of fiber laser systems to suit your cutting application and budget.

PRECITEC cutting head - with Auto focus adjustment which provides the best cutting performance offering high speed processing and excellent cut edge quality. Distance to the work piece remains constant via the use of a capacitive sensing system. Fast exact drift-free distance measurement is achieved at any operating temperature even at high acceleration rates.
Beckhoff CNC System – The Beckhoff CNC system incorporates a multi touch 19” colour operator panel which allows for ease of use. High-speed control technology of the AX5000 drives support fast and highly dynamic positioning tasks. The drives utilize the latest high speed EtherCAT as a high-performance communication system providing performance beyond expectations
